Cult.fit’s IPO has just cleared SEBI’s observations, paving the way for a ₹950 crore fresh issue that will launch the next phase of its public listing.
The fresh issue will be accompanied by an offer‑for‑sale of 17.86 crore equity shares from MacRitchie Investments, Fitness First Luxembourg, IDG Ventures India Fund, Tata Digital, Chiratae Trust, Schroders Capital, Twenty Nine Capital Partners and Accel India V, bringing the total capital raise to ₹950 crore.
Cult.fit, co‑founder Mukesh Bansal’s venture, already operates 708 centres across 77 cities and boasts 987,000 paid members as of March 31 2026, positioning it as India’s largest active‑lifestyle platform.
Other SEBI‑cleared IPOs include Indian Gas Exchange’s OFS of 1.67 crore shares, Eswari Global Metal Industries’ ₹500 crore fresh issue, and Sohan Lal Commodity Management’s confidential‑route filing, all slated to file updated red‑herring prospectuses within their respective 12‑ to 18‑month windows.
Analysts expect the Cult.fit issue to be priced around ₹200–₹250 per share, with a potential listing on NSE or BSE by Q3 2027, assuming market conditions remain favorable and the company meets regulatory deadlines.
