Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services ticked up 1.27% to ₹172.49, the first hint that investors are chewing on the Abu Dhabi expansion news.
The firm will register a 100‑per‑cent owned entity, Zaggle Holding Limited, in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. The new shell will juggle fintech, SaaS and AI ventures while acting as a holding vehicle for future investments.
Dr Raj P Narayanam, founder and executive chairman, flagged the Zoyer spend‑management suite as a revenue engine, saying it could account for 45‑50% of the company’s top line as enterprise clients multiply.
A partnership with Bandhan AMC is already in motion, weaving payment solutions into the software stack. Narayanam also hinted at margin tightening and a push for positive free cash flow within the next 18‑24 months.
The announcement comes as the stock trades around its 50‑day moving average, and analysts are watching the Abu Dhabi filing for clues on next‑quarter guidance and potential cross‑border synergies.
Investors will keep an eye on the subsidiary’s regulatory approvals, while the company signals its ambition to embed AI across its product line and widen its global footprint.
