The Mediterranean‑style home, originally built in 1944, was expanded by former owners Adam Weiss and Barret Swatek to 7,450 square feet and now boasts four bedrooms, five‑half bathrooms, a gym, a pool, a tennis court and a private beach path.
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber had sold the property for $45 million in 2018, after acquiring a larger parcel in 2015 for $50.5 million. Weiss and Swatek then listed it in 2022, asking $99.5 million before cutting to $89.75 million in July.
The sale, touted by Architectural Digest as one of the most expensive Malibu closings of 2022, adds the mansion to Kardashian’s growing portfolio that already includes properties in Los Angeles and New York.
The transaction closed via a private deal; no further public actions are anticipated at this time.
