The Supreme Court of India launched two major digital initiatives on Monday, 'One Case One Data' and 'Su Sahay', according to Chief Justice of India Surya Kant. The 'One Case One Data' initiative aims to integrate the judicial administration at every level of courts into a unified system, streamlining case management.
The initiative will embed multi-level information of all High Courts, district, and taluka court details, creating a comprehensive and interconnected digital database across courts.
The Chief Justice said the mechanism is expected to develop an efficient case management system.
The 'Su Sahay' chatbot, developed by the National Informatics Centre in collaboration with the Supreme Court Registry, will be integrated with the Supreme Court website to facilitate easier access to justice and court-related services for litigants. The court will continue to develop and refine these initiatives to improve the justice system, with further updates expected in the coming weeks.
