Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday described Operation Sindoor as a defining example of India's swift, precise, and joint military response capability, asserting that the operation had demonstrated the country's ability to compel its adversary to surrender.
The Defence Minister termed Operation Sindoor a "short-duration, deep-penetration, high-intensity, and high-impact operation" that reflected India's growing military capabilities and national resolve.
The Joint Commanders' Conference, attended by the Commanders of the three Services, focused on future warfare, multidomain operations, cyber resilience, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies shaping modern battlefields.
The Defence Minister stressed the importance of strengthening capabilities in artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, data analytics, and secure communication networks to maintain operational superiority.
The conference concluded with the release of a documentary film on Operation Sindoor and the Joint Doctrine for Integrated Communication Architecture, with the Defence Minister urging military commanders to cultivate the "element of surprise" to remain unpredictable to adversaries while ensuring preparedness against enemy actions. The armed forces are expected to continue adapting to evolving global security challenges and learn from recent operational experiences.
