Rashmika Mandanna Visits Vijay Deverakonda’s Puttaparthi School Ahead of Ranabaali's Oct. 16 Release

Rashmika’s carousel was a mix of folded‑hand prayers and candid shots with Vijay and his mother, Madhavi. She confides that the stories about the school had been a long‑standing curiosity, and finally seeing the classrooms and dorms felt like closing a missing puzzle piece.

But it wasn’t just nostalgia; she praised the quiet wisdom of the place, calling HM aunty the sweetest person she’s met. “The kids there sing Vedas and bhajans with devotion,” she writes— a glimpse into a culture that apparently shaped Vijay’s own sense of love and kindness.

Vijay’s own journey from Puttaparthi’s modest school to national stardom is a classic under‑dog tale. The town’s dusty lanes and the echo of chants still echo in his speeches, and he often credits his early mentors with instilling a strong moral compass.

Meanwhile, the buzz around Ranabaali is heating up. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film throws us back to the 1800s, where a local hero takes on British rule after a famine devastates the village. Arnold Vosloo and Easwari Rao join Vijay and Rashmika in a tale that mixes historical drama with a modern rhythm.

Their on‑screen chemistry isn’t new either— this marks their third collaboration after Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019). Fans have already lined up for a reunion that feels almost cinematic.

In the end, Rashmika’s trip to Vijay’s school gives audiences a behind‑the‑scenes look at the roots that fuel this pair’s on‑screen magic, all while the countdown to Ranabaali’s Oct. 16 premiere keeps the excitement alive.
