The Public Grievances Redressal System (PGRS) and Revenue Clinic programmes will be conducted at the Visakhapatnam District Collectorate on Monday from 10 a.m. to noon, officials confirmed. District Collector M. Abhishikt Kishor stated that officers from all departments and revenue officials are required to attend the session to address public grievances.
Citizens are advised to submit applications with complete details of their complaints ahead of the event. The Collector urged the public to use the ‘Mee Kosam’ helpline (1100) and the portal meekosam.ap.gov.in for filing grievances, emphasizing timely and documented engagement.
Officials have been instructed to arrive punctually with updated reports on complaints received and actions taken by their departments. The session aims to expedite resolution of public issues through direct administrative intervention. The district administration will review participation and compliance following the event.
