Nazara Technologies (NSE: NAZARA) disclosed a ₹734.35‑crore infusion into its wholly‑owned UK arm on Oct. 29, marking the second tranche of the €303.02‑million ($303.02 million) purchase of Spanish gaming firms Bluetile Games and Bestplay Systems.
The cash payment followed the equity subscription, with Nazara UK disbursing the same amount to sellers the next day, bringing cumulative outlays to ₹2,990 crore.
Friday’s close saw the stock slide 1.5% to ₹398, the first breach of the ₹400 threshold in the week; the move comes despite a 51% rally over the past half‑year.
The filing, made under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, reiterated earlier disclosures from March 18, June 16, August 3 and 6, 2026, and promises an update as the transaction progresses.
No forward guidance has been issued yet, but investors will await the upcoming update for clarity on remaining tranche terms and post‑acquisition integration plans.
