The University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Mandya, produced nearly 5,000 tonnes of seeds in the past year, Vice-Chancellor K.C. Narayanaswamy said on Friday. He announced the figure while inaugurating the Seed Festival (Beejotsava) and Pre-Monsoon Campaign – 2026, held at the UAS campus in V.C. Farm, Mandya.
