India Marks One Year Of Operation Sindoor, Ex-IAF Vice Chief Reveals Target Details

On May 10 last year, the IAF conducted Operation Sindoor, striking multiple targets in Pakistan, including Muridke, Bahawalpur, Jacobabad, Sakhar, and Sargodha. According to Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari, the former IAF Vice Chief, the operation was planned to minimize collateral damage and targeted specific terror infrastructure.
The targets included the headquarters of Lashkar-e-Taiba in Muridke and Jaish-e-Mohammed in Bahawalpur, as well as a maintenance hangar for F-16 fighter jets in Jacobabad.
Air Marshal Tiwari revealed that the IAF struck two large hangars used to house Pakistani drones in Sakhar and hit the intersection of a taxiway and runway at Sargodha.
The operation was carried out with precision, with the strikes' accuracy within five meters in several cases, made possible by teamwork and up-to-date intelligence.
The immediate outlook is that the details of the operation have been revealed on the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor, providing insight into the planning and execution of the military operation.
