Lauren Conrad’s 8,000‑sq‑ft Mediterranean‑style home in Three Arch Bay, Laguna Beach, is now on the market for $26.5 million.
Built in 2004 by her father, architect James Conrad, the estate has been a backdrop to MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County since its 2004 debut.
The listing showcases six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, an infinity‑edge pool that blends with the Pacific, and private beach access through the gated community.
Richard Trey Dewey of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, who is handling the sale, said the property’s panoramic views and Santa Barbara‑inspired design make it a rare find in Orange County’s luxury market.
Conrad has sold other high‑priced properties, including a $5.2 million Pacific Palisades home in 2017, but the Three Arch Bay estate marks her first major listing in the region in over a decade.
The estate will open for private showings starting April 5, with a public open house on April 12; bids will close May 31. Maria Lopez, a longtime resident of Three Arch Bay, said she is delighted that the house, once a TV set, is now ready for new occupants.
