Andhra Pradesh will roll out a unified AI-powered governance dashboard within 90 days to consolidate key performance indicators from all government departments onto a single platform, replacing fragmented systems, IT and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh announced on Friday during the Collectors' Conference in Amaravati. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu directed officials to fast-track digital governance using artificial intelligence, real-time monitoring, and integrated data platforms.
The dashboard will allow daily tracking of targets, real-time review of departmental performance, and faster policy decisions, according to the IT Department, which confirmed development is on schedule for completion in three months. Naidu instructed that all government services be integrated into WhatsApp Governance platforms by December, with around 90% already accessible via the Mana Mitra system.
Officials reported that e-Office has reduced average file disposal time from six to two days, with 3,870 files cleared at the Chief Secretary level within 10 hours. The AWARE 2.0 platform, featuring 67 operational use cases across sectors including agriculture, healthcare, and disaster management, will be upgraded to improve real-time alerts and welfare data integration.
Naidu emphasized simplifying governance, reducing in-person visits, and improving public satisfaction through AI-enabled grievance redressal. The government will review progress at the next phase of the Collectors' Conference and expand system capabilities ahead of the dashboard's full deployment.
