Kaira Denies Dating Gullu, Calls Him 'Boyfriend-Like' Friend Amid Rise & Fall Speculation

Kaira Kapoor stood up at the press‑kit table, her voice steady as she cut through the noise: “We were never a couple,” she said, eyes flashing over the photo‑filled room. Her words hit harder than a punchline from a sitcom because they cut straight to the heart of the gossip that had been pulsing through the fan‑filled comment sections.

Manish Kasyap, the host who knows every secret pulse of the house, brought up the Tik‑Tok‑style Instagram stories that had fans whispering about a secret romance. Kaira laughed, explaining the term “boyfriend‑like” was her own quirky way of saying Gullu was a close friend who felt like the missing chapter of her life story. “I don’t label relationships from a glance,” she added, her tone casual yet confident.

Gullu, whose real name is Kushal Tanwar, is currently fighting the gauntlet on Bigg Boss 20, a reality stage that has already seen him spin drama with a host of colorful contestants. While Kaira is steering her narrative on Rise and Fall, Gullu’s fans are watching him navigate the twists of the show, hoping his journey on the other side of the camera might one day intersect again.

Earlier in the season, Kaira had admitted feeling betrayed by Gullu during the premiere episode, a confession that only added layers to their already complex friendship. The revelation that their bond is emotional, not romantic, serves as a reminder that reality TV’s biggest lies often come from the most heartfelt places.

With both stars locked in their respective houses, the audience is left buzzing: will the drama from the past resurface, or will the two keep their friendship grounded? Only the next episode will tell, but for now, Kaira’s statement has silenced the rumor mill and set the stage for new plot twists.

What’s next? Kaira will continue to battle alliances and betrayals in Rise and Fall, while Gullu’s Bigg Boss journey could either cement or dissolve his fan base. Fans are already speculating whether the two will cross paths in a future season, a possibility that could generate even more buzz than the latest Instagram thread.

For the rest of the week, the spotlight will remain on Rise and Fall’s shifting alliances, and on Bigg Boss 20’s unpredictable twists. As for the friendship between Kaira and Gullu, it remains a testament to the fact that reality TV can forge bonds that are real, even if they’re never romantic.
