Kalamitsi, trained by S. Attaollahi and ridden by Trevor, won the Kunigal Stud Trophy, the main event of the races held on Saturday, May 9. The winner is owned by Mr. Solomon Benveniste, M/S. Deciding Factor LLP, Sarainaga Racing Pvt Ltd, Mr. Hemang D. Doctor & Mr. Lokesh Ahuja.
The other winners of the day included Pledge in the Chantille Plate, Rodney in the Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti Trophy, Jalwa in the Dupont Plate, Siege Storm in the Dean Stephens Memorial Trophy, and Final Call in the Azhar Plate.
The results of the races were as follows: Chantille Plate - Pledge (1st), Assurances (2nd), Alamgir (3rd), and Star Of India (4th); Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti Trophy - Rodney (1st), Circle Of Dreams (2nd), Waitara (3rd), and Thessalian (4th); Dupont Plate - Jalwa (1st), Annabelle (2nd), Razzmatazz (3rd), and White Secret (4th); Kunigal Stud Trophy - Kalamitsi (1st), Ricardo (2nd), Excellent Lass (3rd), and Never Give In (4th); Dean Stephens Memorial Trophy - Siege Storm (1st), Ashwa New York (2nd), The Archer (3rd), and Atman (4th); Azhar Plate - Final Call (1st), Flash (2nd), Roadrunner (3rd), and Ebotse (4th).
