84 IFS Examination Candidates Credit Mahesh Bhagwat’s Guidance for Success

The Indian Forest Service Examination 2025 results have highlighted the mentorship efforts of Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat, with 84 successful candidates receiving interview guidance from him. Notable candidates, including Challa Yamini and Pawar Akshay Haribhau, have achieved high ranks in the examination.

Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat, DGP (Law and Order), has been credited by 84 successful candidates for his guidance in the Indian Forest Service Examination 2025, according to results declared on Friday. Of the 148 candidates selected nationwide, these 84 candidates received interview guidance from Mr. Bhagwat, reflecting his sustained involvement in mentoring civil services aspirants.

The candidates mentored by Mr. Bhagwat have achieved notable success, with All India Rank 1 in the IFS examination for three consecutive years, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Notable candidates include Challa Yamini (AIR 119), daughter of head constable Challa Yadgiri of Suryapet Rural Police Station, and Pawar Akshay Haribhau (AIR 81), from Pathardi in Maharashtra’s Ahilyanagar district.

Mr. Bhagwat expressed gratitude to fellow mentors and congratulated the candidates, underscoring the importance of public service, discipline, and humility. The Telangana Police Department and other stakeholders are expected to respond to the results and the recognition brought by the successful candidates in the coming days.
