Six Arrested in Hyderabad for Reckless Bike Stunts on Attapur Roads

Six individuals, including two students and a minor, were arrested by the Commissioner’s Task Force and Attapur police for performing dangerous bike stunts and driving recklessly on public roads in Hyderabad. The arrests were made within the Attapur police station limits following complaints of increasing public nuisance, over speeding, and hazardous riding.
The accused—Syed Shahed, 19; Shaik Naseer Hussain, 19; Shaik Junaid, 18; Abdul Samad, 20; Mohammed Arbaz Hussain Khan, 22; and a minor—were caught while riding two two-wheelers in a zig-zag manner, engaging in triple riding, and dragging vehicles to create sparks, causing panic among commuters along the route from Attapur to Aramghar. Police seized a Maestro Deluxe (TS 12 EC 0002) and a Honda Dio (TS 12 EL 0755), along with six mobile phones, valued collectively at ₹1.5 lakh.
Four of the accused had prior involvement in a minor case related to bike stunts registered at Bahadurpura police station, while Mohammed Arbaz Hussain Khan was previously booked in a POCSO case at Attapur. The operation was conducted by the Rajendranagar Zone Task Force in coordination with Attapur police, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner of Police Vaibhav Gaikwad.
The accused are in police custody, and further investigations are underway to determine if they are linked to other similar incidents in the area.
