TVS Motor has sold 1,907,277 units of its Raider 125 model in domestic and export markets since the motorcycle's launch on September 16, 2021, the company reported, with cumulative sales surpassing 1.9 million by the end of March 2026. Domestic wholesales accounted for 1.62 million units, while exports totaled 286,008 units, making it one of the company's most successful 125cc entries.
The Raider 125 represented 31% of TVS Motor's total motorcycle sales of 5.27 million units between FY2022 and FY2026, trailing the Apache series, which held a 38% share with 2.07 million units sold. The model peaked in FY2024 with 478,443 units sold, becoming the company's best-selling motorcycle that year, before demand dipped 16% to 399,819 units in FY2025. Sales rebounded 7% in FY2026 to 426,877 units, driven by lower prices following GST 2.0 implementation from October 2025.
In the 110cc–125cc segment, the Raider ranked third with a 12% share, behind the Honda Shine (1.71 million units) and Bajaj Pulsar (774,995 units). Five models in the segment recorded growth in FY2026, including the Raider. Exports reached a record 76,900 units in FY2026, up 8% year-on-year, contributing to 6% of TVS's record 1.29 million exported motorcycles.
The Raider 125 features a 124.8cc engine producing 11.4hp, a five-speed transmission, and fuel efficiency of 56.7 km/l as per ARAI. It offers ride modes, a 5-inch TFT display, SmartXonnect connectivity, and single-channel ABS on higher trims. Prices range from Rs 82,000 to Rs 97,000 ex-showroom across seven variants.
Market demand in FY2027 may shift toward 100–110cc fuel-efficient models due to rising petrol prices and constrained crude supply, according to industry analysts. TVS Motor has not issued official sales projections for the Raider 125 in the current fiscal year.
