Schaeffler India’s shares surged 4.53% to ₹3,677.40 on the BSE after the company announced a 20.7% YoY jump in net profit to ₹349 crore, up from ₹289 crore a year earlier, and a 26.9% rise in revenue to ₹3,089.4 crore.
EBITDA climbed 17.8% to ₹537 crore, yet the margin slipped to 17.4% from 18.7%, signalling pressure on earnings quality despite robust top‑line growth.
Harsha Kadam, CEO, said demand from the automotive sector and industrial output helped drive the results, while rising input costs and a weaker rupee dampened margin expansion.
Analysts had penciled in a 18.5% profit growth and 25% revenue lift; Schaeffler beat both, lifting the stock above its 52‑week high of ₹4,465.
Management reiterated its focus on order book strength and capex plans, and will report Q3 FY27 on December 15, 2026, with expectations of maintaining growth momentum.
