Shares of Puravankara Limited (PURAVANKARA.NS) closed 1.3% higher at ₹210.00 on Oct 12 after the company disclosed a joint development agreement for a 12.76‑acre parcel in Sathanur, North Bengaluru. The deal carries a projected GDV of ₹2,500 crore and will generate roughly 1.90 million sq ft of saleable area.
The Bengaluru transaction feeds into a broader FY27 pipeline that now lists eight projects across Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi‑NCR, with a combined GDV of ₹16,600 crore and an aggregate saleable potential of 12.64 million sq ft. Bengaluru alone hosts six of those projects, contributing ₹8,800 crore of the total GDV and 7.02 million sq ft of future inventory.
Earlier this year, Puravankara’s wholly‑owned subsidiary Prudential Housing and Infrastructure Development secured a 13.44‑acre parcel in Greater Noida, estimated at ₹5,200 crore GDV and 4.57 million sq ft of saleable area, signalling a strategic push into the Delhi‑NCR market.
As of June 30 2026, the company had completed 97 projects covering 59 million sq ft across nine cities, with a land bank of ~40 million sq ft and 35.14 million sq ft under construction. CEO Mallanna Sasalu said the firm will focus on approvals, efficient execution and capital discipline, while MD Ashish Puravankara highlighted plans to strengthen the pipeline through strategic land additions that promise scale and visibility for future growth. The company has not set a launch date for the Sathanur project but signals a continued emphasis on capital efficiency and timely approvals.
