Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Minister for IT and Education Nara Lokesh have been invited to the Sri Modakondamma Thalli festivities in Paderu, scheduled to take place from May 17 to 19, 2026. The invitation was extended by Minister for Tribal Welfare Gummidi Sandhya Rani on Thursday.

The Minister led a delegation that met the Chief Minister and Mr. Lokesh at Amaravati, presenting them with invitation cards. Temple festival committee chairperson Giddi Eswari and Alluri Sitharama Raju District Collector Nishanthi were also present during the meeting.

The delegation highlighted the cultural and spiritual significance of the festival for the tribal communities of the region.

The festival will be organised as a State festival, and the immediate next steps include preparations for the three-day celebrations in Paderu.
