
Shares of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd ended at ₹118.50, up 2.33% on the BSE, as the company disclosed pre‑sales of ₹224 cr in Q2FY27—a 54% jump QoQ.
Pre‑sales rose from ₹146 cr in Q1FY27, while collections climbed 10% sequentially to ₹190 cr from ₹173 cr, signalling steady cash inflow.
Year‑on‑year, however, sales value fell 69% to ₹720 cr, and carpet area sold dropped 68% to 2,29,772 sq ft, a stark contrast to the robust quarterly lift.
For the first half of FY27, cumulative pre‑sales hit ₹370 cr over 1,16,620 sq ft, with collections at ₹363 cr, down 20% from ₹454 cr in H1FY26.
Dhaval Ajmera, Director of Corporate Affairs, said, "Sustained sales momentum across ongoing projects and disciplined execution keep us optimistic about H2, with new launches poised to strengthen our pipeline."
Looking ahead, the firm expects the upcoming project approvals to inject further value, aiming for a stronger H2 performance and long‑term stakeholder value.
