The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has directed its cadres to decorate the National Highway passing through SPSR Nellore district in yellow, the party's official colour, ahead of the 'TDP Mahanadu' scheduled from May 27 to 29, 2026. The move aims to mark the route from Tangutur to Tada with party flags, festoons, and banners to welcome delegates arriving for the event.
TDP leaders including MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy, MLC Beedha Ravichandra, and MLAs Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, Vemireddy Prashanthi Reddy, and P. Roopkumar Yadav held a coordination meeting at the IFFCO Kisan SEZ in Nellore on May 10. They were joined by Chief Minister’s programme coordinator Manthena Satyanarayana Raju and other officials to review preparations at the conclave site.
Prabhakar Reddy and Kovur MLA Prashanthi Reddy separately met Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy to discuss logistical support. The various Mahanadu organizing committees will hold their first formal meeting at the venue on May 13 to finalize security, accommodation, and public outreach plans.
