Saudi Crash Kills 9, Including 7 Members of Single Family, in Al-Ahsa

The Al-Uqair-Al-Uyun road in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province turned into a scene of total devastation when two vehicles collided, killing everyone inside. The Eastern Province Traffic Department confirmed that nine people lost their lives in the crash, which occurred in the Al-Ahsa governorate. The family’s vehicle carried a father, a mother, three sons, and two daughters. All seven were killed instantly. The other vehicle involved was carrying two young men, who also died in the collision. The impact was so severe that both vehicles were crushed, trapping the occupants inside the wreckage.

Rescue teams from Civil Defense and the Red Crescent rushed to the scene to free those trapped in the metal debris. By the time they extracted the victims, the medical futility was clear. Authorities identified a sudden swerve by one of the vehicles as the primary cause of the fatal intersection.
