Two men from Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, died in a fatal road accident on the Outer Ring Road near Adibatla, Hyderabad, in the early hours of Sunday, May 10, 2026. The crash occurred when their car collided with a container truck near exit number 12 between Bongloor and Thukkuguda.
The deceased were identified as K. Bharat Kanth, 31, an actor, and G. Sai Trilok, 31, both natives of Nellore. Police said Bharat Kanth was driving and allegedly rammed the car into the rear of the container truck, sustaining fatal injuries along with his passenger. Both died at the scene.
A preliminary investigation by Adibatla police points to rash and negligent driving as the probable cause. The bodies were transported to Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post-mortem examinations before being released to family members following procedural formalities.
The Adibatla police station is conducting further investigations into the incident, including a review of surveillance footage. A formal accident report is expected to be filed in the coming days.
