Tony Parker’s 53-acre mansion in Boerne, Texas, has vanished from public property listings. The disappearance comes months after the asking price plummeted from $20 million to $11 million. The Zillow entry for the estate now reads “unknown,” and a Berkshire Hathaway listing was pulled in September 2026.
The price drop followed a failed influencer marketing campaign. In July 2025, agent Nicholas relisted the home at $20 million after working with Twitch streamer Kai Cenat to promote the property on YouTube. That strategy failed to move the needle. Nicholas later slashed the price to $11 million, hoping to spark a bidding war.
The estate itself is a sprawling Mediterranean-style compound built in 2009. It features a 13,000-square-foot main house, a private water park described as the largest residential one in the world, and a sports complex with a basketball court. Parker also included his collection of life-size Marvel characters in the sale.
Berkshire Hathaway agent Leticia Madrid suggested the home may be a “pocket listing,” meaning it is no longer publicly available to buyers. Parker has not responded to requests for comment, and there is no confirmation that the property has been sold.
