Sanober Pardiwalla, India’s first stuntwoman to make a name, has already graced more than 200 films with her double work— from Dhoom 2 to Bang Bang, her boots have left a trail of adrenaline.
When asked about Priyanka Chopra, Sanober doesn’t mince words. "Priyanka is bold and bound‑ass, but she’s also practical," she says— "She knows her limits and when to let a pro do the job."
The same respect extends to Shah Rukh Khan. "He’s a wonderful human to work with," Sanober recalls. "Even after five years, he remembers my name and the work. He’s grounded, knows his limits, and trusts me to handle risk—like that underwater scene in Dunki."
Daayra brought a fresh dynamic. "I’ve done stunt work for Kareena since Tashan and 3 Idiots," she says. "This time I handled car‑driving and action scenes, plus a bit of work on Laal Singh Chaddha."
When the question hit about actors trying to cut corners, Sanober was firm. "You can’t replace years of experience with 20 minutes of hurried training," she warns. "That’s where injuries happen."
Fans get a behind‑the‑scenes look at how stunts are shaped by trust and skill. As Sanober sums it up, "The bravest moments in Bollywood come from a partnership of talent and safety."
