NWKRTC Employees Mark Hemareddy Mallamma Jayanti in Hubballi

Employees of the North West Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) observed Hemareddy Mallamma Jayanti at the central office in Hubballi on Sunday. The event began with prayers and lamp lighting led by officers and staff.

Chief Labour Welfare Officer Srinivasa Murthy presided over the function and urged employees to emulate Mallamma's life, values, and dedication to family and societal welfare. Assistant Security and Vigilance Officer Jagadish Koli highlighted her sacrifices and virtues, describing her as a role model for devotion and resilience despite adversity.

Speakers emphasized Mallamma's relevance to contemporary society, calling her life an inspiration for empathy and ethical living. Chief Legal Officer Shyamala K.N., along with staff members V.F. Vijapur, Ravindra Avvannavar, Virupaksha Kattimani, and labour leaders attended the event.
