Prestige Estates Projects Limited closed its BSE listing at ₹1,443, up ₹15.15, a 1.06% rally, after the company unveiled its Garden Breeze development in Sarjapur.
Garden Breeze spans 10 acres, 655 premium units across four towers ranging from G+22 to G+30, with two basements, and a total saleable area of 0.93 million sq ft. Apartments start at 1,081 sq ft and go up to 1,789 sq ft.
Chairman Irfan Razack said Bengaluru remains a key market, citing strong demand across established and emerging corridors, and noted the project builds on the success of its flagship township.
In a separate filing, Prestige Estates disclosed a binding framework with CPP Investment Board for up to ₹3,000 crore in Prestige Hotel Ventures, which would give CPPIB a 28% stake in the hospitality arm.
The hospitality unit reported ₹345.9 crore revenue last year, and Prestige Estates has projected over ₹20,000 crore collections in FY27 as its launch pipeline gathers pace.
Analysts see the new project as a catalyst for future revenue growth, given Bengaluru’s sustained residential demand, and investors are watching the upcoming earnings for further confirmation.
