On October 22‑23, 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the NDTV World Summit in New Delhi, a two‑day forum that will bring together 30 world leaders, policymakers and tech experts.
The summit's theme, ‘A World Between Orders,’ will examine how inherited structures coexist with emerging powers, new economic ambitions and shifting notions of sovereignty.
Attendees include Nepal's Federal Minister of Finance Dr Swarnim Wagle, RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra, Vedanta Society's spiritual leader Swami Sarvapriyananda, Zerodha founder Nikhil Kamath and futurist Mike Walsh.
A highlighted session titled ‘War in the Time of AI—How Technology Is Rewriting the Battlefield’ will feature former CIA Director Gen David Petraeus, alongside discussions on AI governance by Mike Walsh and cybersecurity policies by Microsoft’s Nicholas Butts.
Modi has led the summit in 2024 and 2025, where he sat alongside Sri Lankan Prime Minister Dr Harini Amarasuriya, former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott.
A Delhi entrepreneur, Raghav Singh, who has built a tech startup in the city, said he hopes the summit will boost India’s AI ecosystem.
The conference will conclude with Modi’s speech on India’s role in the new world order, expected to be released on the third day.
