Journalist Sara Gonzales arrived at 8105 Rasor Boulevard – an address that is not a real office – and staged a decoy delivery to lure Rajender Rao Bairineni to the front door.
When Bairineni appeared, Gonzales confronted him about the unpaid H‑1B worker; the employee had claimed that Global Star IT Serve LLC had withheld wages for May and June and forced him to sign falsified documents.
The wife opened the door and Gonzales unveiled a video of the confrontation, which the family immediately shared with the Plano Police Department. The officers reviewed the footage and said that videotaping without trespassing does not constitute a crime, but the incident prompted a formal police complaint.
The case has drawn attention to potential H‑1B abuse within Texas‑based staffing firms, and the police have opened an investigation while Gonzales released the footage online to raise awareness.
