Explosion in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province Kills Three Children

Three children were killed and two others injured in an explosion outside their house in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, according to police. The explosion occurred late on Wednesday in the Ghwa Khwa area of Lower South Waziristan bordering Afghanistan when explosive material planted in a motorcycle detonated.
The deceased were identified as Shah Hussain, 15, Sanaya Bibi, 7, and Soreen Bibi, 8, while the injured children were shifted to Headquarters Hospital Wana.
Police said the motorcycle had allegedly been parked outside the house of a man named Saddam Hussain by an unidentified individual shortly before the blast.
The police and security forces cordoned off the area and launched an investigation, with residents expressing sorrow and anger over the incident and demanding immediate action against those responsible.
