Sonakshi Sinha & Zaheer Iqbal Dive into Obsessive Thriller 'Tu Hai Meri Kiran', Oct 23

The trailer for ‘Tu Hai Meri Kiran’ drops, and it already feels like a psychological chess match. Kiran, played by Sonakshi Sinha, is the pawn who keeps sliding away from Samar, the man—played by Zaheer Iqbal—who believes they’re destined to be together.

Sonakshi admits she never felt the usual thrill of the hero‑villain dance. "This film is a very different space for me," she tells ANI, her eyes flickering with that haunted look that says she’s walking a tightrope between curiosity and fear. The layers of Kiran’s mind are revealed one flicker at a time, and the audience is left guessing what’s real and what’s just a mirage in her head.

Zaheer, on the other hand, finds the script a playground for obsession. "It’s a special film because it takes the intensity of a crush and turns it into something that could swallow you whole," he says, laughing lightly as he flips through the storyboard. He’s drawn to the mystery, the suspense, and the subtle dance between attraction and dread.

Director Karan Rawal keeps the story tight, with every frame crackling like a pressure cooker. Co‑produced by Vishal Rana and Echelon Productions, the movie aims to be a quiet storm that hits hard, not in the loudest way but in the way that stays in your head long after the credits roll.

Set to hit Indian screens on October 23, ‘Tu Hai Meri Kiran’ promises a slow burn that will leave you asking, is this love or is it a nightmare? Grab your popcorn, and let the suspense take over.
