Canara Robeco AMC shares closed at ₹220.75 on the BSE, a 0.20% dip, after the firm disclosed its Q2 financials.
Net profit leapt 21.5% YoY to ₹59.2 crore, up from ₹48.7 crore a year earlier. Revenue climbed 18.6% to ₹128 crore versus ₹108 crore last year.
The company announced an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share, representing 20% of the ₹10 face value, with a record date of October 16, 2026. Dividends will be paid within 30 days to shareholders listed on the record date.
While the stock slipped slightly, the dividend pledge bolstered investor sentiment, and the firm’s earnings growth outpaced the broader asset‑management sector, which recorded a 12% net profit rise in the same period.
No forward guidance has been issued for Q3, but analysts expect revenue to stay in the ₹130 crore range as fee‑based inflows continue to rise.
