A Michael Dell‑backed investment group, BDT & MSD Partners, sold 30 of the first 75 luxury condominiums at the Boca Raton resort in Florida this month, according to Bloomberg.
The resort, purchased in 2019 for $875 million, has since received $375 million in renovations, transforming its historic 100‑room Cloister Inn into a sprawling high‑end destination.
Prices for the new units start at $8.95 million and climb above $20 million, offering penthouses, terrace residences and villas with private gardens, a butler, rooftop pool, spa, gym and a members‑only lounge.
Construction of the eight‑storey building is slated to begin in 2026, with completion targeted for 2029; the firm plans to close the remaining 45 units before the end of 2028.
