Five companies are slated to open their primary market windows between Oct. 26 and Oct. 29, collectively targeting ₹2,600 crore in fresh capital. The allotment schedule spans from the Edelweiss‑affiliated EAAA India to the steel‑specialist Bombay Coated, each with distinct price bands.
EAAA India Alternatives, an arm of Edelweiss Financial Services, will price its 1,200‑crr IPO at ₹1,585–₹1,665 per share, positioning the firm at a valuation of ₹10,765 crore at the upper band. The issue is purely an Offer for Sale (OFS) by the Edelweiss Group, so no proceeds reach the company; anchor investors have already committed roughly ₹360 crore.
SFC Environmental Technologies sets its price at ₹313–₹330, valuing the firm at about ₹3,233 crore. The fresh issue of 150‑mcr shares will be accompanied by an OFS of up to 1.57 cr, with proceeds earmarked for debt repayment and working‑capital needs.
M K Sons Fine Jewels will float 1.36 cr fresh shares and an OFS of 34‑lakh shares priced between ₹153–₹162. Net proceeds aim to fund inventory for a new Maharashtra showroom, expand a Gujarat outlet, and service borrowings.
BLS Polymers’ 255‑cr IPO will trade at ₹142–₹150, issuing 1.7 cr shares. The firm plans to allocate ₹77.56 cr for capacity expansion, ₹89.5 cr for working capital, and the remainder to general corporate purposes.
Bombay Coated & Special Steels will offer fresh shares at ₹78–₹82, targeting ₹183.1 cr. The company will use ₹125 cr to repay borrowings and ₹15.7 cr for capital‑equipment acquisitions under Siemens lease arrangements.
The primary‑market pulse remains hot: Jio Platforms’ ₹30,213‑cr debut last month, 104 issuers raising ₹1.4 lakh cr in 2026, and a pipeline that includes Gujarat Victory Forging and Avaada Electro. Investors are watching the price bands closely, expecting oversubscription as the market stays buoyant.
