The latest arrest follows a string of legal troubles: an April 2025 Florida arrest for battery and resisting arrest, a February 2026 intimidation charge, March burglary and marijuana allegations in Lexington, and a July domestic‑violence case involving strangulation.
Farthing was charged with intoxication in a public place and taken to the Scott County Detention Center; he is expected to appear before a magistrate at the courthouse within the next few days.
