The car measures 5,000 mm long, 2,040 mm tall, and sits on a 3,100‑mm wheelbase. With 21‑inch wheels on the base model and 22‑inch twin‑spoke wheels on the S, it keeps a low stance that makes it look larger than it is. The design keeps a diamond‑grille and a new Bentley crest but trims the overhangs so the SUV feels less boxy than the Model X or Audi e‑Tron.
Inside, the Torcal doesn’t skimp on luxury. The front seats go 16‑way and offer heating, ventilation, side bolsters and massage. Optional postural‑adjust and wellness seats add a leg‑massage function that Tesla’s Model S lacks. The cabin houses a 28‑speaker Naim system that can hit 1,780 W, and a curved OLED display that shows everything from navigation to a real‑time AR HUD. That tech is a step up from the standard infotainment on most rivals, but it still feels like a bespoke product rather than a mass‑market gadget.
Performance is aggressive: 0‑to‑100 km/h in 2.9 s, top speed 260 km/h, and a launch‑control mode that nudges power to 876 hp. For comparison, Tesla’s Model X Plaid does 2.6 s and tops at 250 km/h, while the Audi e‑Tron S is 4.4 s. So the Torcal sits in the same performance bracket as high‑end electric SUVs but with its own brand flair.
Charging is a highlight. A 400 kW wall‑plug or DC charger can lift the battery from 10 % to 80 % in 16 minutes, and 7‑minute bursts add 161 km in ideal conditions. That’s comparable to Tesla’s V3 Supercharger, giving buyers confidence that they can stay on the road without long pauses.
