Shares of Aeroflex Industries jumped 18% to ₹578.50 after the company announced a FY27 revenue growth target of over 60%, a sharp lift from the earlier 35% guidance—an immediate market response to the surprise outlook.
September quarter net profit surged to ₹36.56 crore, a 157% YoY rise, while revenue climbed 87.1% to ₹207.16 crore. EBITDA reached ₹50.33 crore, improving the margin to 24.3% from 23.3% a year ago.
Analysts had been pricing FY27 revenue growth at 45%; the new target eclipses consensus by 15 percentage points, underscoring a more aggressive expansion plan. EBITDA guidance at 70% also surpasses the 55% consensus, hinting at stronger cost discipline.
Chairman Asad Daud said capex for the next fiscal year will be financed mainly through internal accruals, with bridge financing and selective equity if needed. The company’s capacity for liquid‑cooling stainless‑steel assemblies has grown from 9,000 to 12,000 units, and hose‑braiding capacity sits at 20 million metres annually.
Looking ahead, Aeroflex expects peak capacity utilisation by FY30 and aims to keep working‑capital days declining. Despite a 6.7% dip from the 52‑week high, the stock has surged over 200% since January, signalling robust investor confidence.
