In tandem with the physical expansion, HCLTech will train 1,000 students in AI through its LITMUS programme in FY27, building on a 20% uptick in its tech‑skills pipeline this year.
The investment aligns with the company’s broader commitment to talent development, reflected in the TechBee and HCL‑GUVI Emerging Technology Centres that have already placed more than 2,200 graduates into the tech ecosystem.
