The move comes after the company submitted a Draft Red Herring Prospectus to SEBI, marking the first step toward an IPO.
Kataline, founded in 2008, has evolved from a niche road‑marking paint maker into a full‑service traffic‑safety provider, handling everything from material production to on‑site execution with specialised machinery.
Financially, the company posted ₹220.58 crore in FY2026, a 38.79% jump from ₹158.93 crore the year before, while EBITDA climbed to ₹36.26 crore, up 48% from ₹24.46 crore.
The firm also boasts FIA‑homologated paint for Formula 1 circuits—one of only two Asian suppliers—and a project slate that includes the Samruddhi Mahamarg and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, covering 24 states.
Once SEBI clears the proposal, Kataline will set a pricing window and open the issue to the public; investors will be watching to see how the shares are priced and whether the company can leverage its growing portfolio to command a premium.
