On Monday, 22 October, Africa50’s chief executive Alain Ebobisse will take the podium at the NDTV World Summit in New Delhi.
Africa50, a pan‑African infrastructure investment platform, mobilises private capital for public‑private partnerships across 31 member states, drawing in investors from the African Development Bank and two central banks.
With more than two decades of experience, Ebobisse steered the World Bank’s IFC InfraVentures, raising over $10 billion for infrastructure projects worldwide.
The summit’s theme, ‘A World Between Orders,’ will frame discussions on geopolitical shifts that shape investment flows in a rapidly changing global order.
During the event, Ebobisse is expected to unveil Africa50’s latest funding round aimed at accelerating critical projects in energy, transport and digital connectivity.
The closing panel on Friday will focus on infrastructure financing, setting the stage for potential new partnerships and investment commitments.
