Michael Dell’s MSD Partners announced that 40% of the 75 luxury condos in its newly constructed eight‑storey tower at the historic Boca Raton resort have already changed hands. The units, sold on the property for the first time, were offered as early as February, a few months after the project opened to buyers.
The cheapest condo lists at $8.95 million, while three‑ to five‑bedroom penthouses and villas top $20 million. Earlier price tags began at $4 million, doubled to $5 million in May, and now reflect a premium that matches the resort’s 45,000‑square‑foot amenity complex. Each unit boasts 12‑foot terraced decks, full‑height glass, and high‑end Sub‑Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances.
The resort, which first opened in 1926 and is the only quadruple‑five‑star property in the Americas, was purchased by Dell’s partners for $875 million in 2019. Since then, they have poured $375 million into upgrades and secured a $1 billion refinancing, turning the pink flagship building into a beige‑tinted landmark with Carbone‑run restaurants.
City council approval of the eight‑storey tower came in March, and construction is slated to begin late this year. Designed by Hart Howerton, the building will feature ivory stucco, shell stone and bronze accents, while Pembrooke & Ives will furnish interiors that echo the resort’s original Mizner style. Full completion is targeted for 2029.
The new condos sit beside the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, where high‑profile residents like Travis Kelce and Kevin James have already made headlines. Owners will inherit not just a home but a family‑wide Residential Club Membership that grants access to the resort’s spa, golf simulator and private dining rooms, ensuring a lifestyle that extends beyond the front door.
