Occupancy averages six nights a week, and bookings have doubled since launch, drawing 60% Brisbane couples, 30% domestic travellers and 30% international guests.
The pod complements the Karaman's renovated farmhouse rental, creating two separate income streams from the same property and reducing construction disruption.
Elsewhere Pods, the manufacturer, reports A$9 million in annual turnover, with sales doubling year‑on‑year since 2022, while Australia's tiny‑home sector has grown 120% over five years.
