
NCC Ltd’s consolidated net profit climbed 12.6% YoY to ₹216.4 crore, while EBITDA surged 19.5% to ₹545 crore, pushing the operating margin to 9.38% from 8.81% a year earlier, according to the company’s quarterly filing.
Total revenue advanced 12.2% year‑on‑year to ₹5,812 crore, with other income adding ₹30.6 crore to bring turnover to ₹5,842.5 crore, a jump from ₹5,207.9 crore in the same quarter last year, per the filing.
In September alone, NCC secured two orders worth ₹500.22 crore—₹224.74 crore for Buildings and ₹275.48 crore for Transportation—on top of a ₹1,076.71 crore major contract announced on 28 September, expanding its project portfolio, the company said in a regulatory notice.
The firm’s order book stood at ₹81,214 crore as of 30 June, after adding ₹3,882 crore of fresh orders during the quarter, underscoring a solid pipeline that could cushion future earnings, CFO Anil Sharma noted.
Shares closed at ₹128.40 on the BSE, a drop of ₹0.15 or 0.12%, as investors digested the results, while NCC reiterated a ₹2.20 dividend and signaled continued focus on high‑margin infrastructure projects, according to the board minutes.
