Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janata Party, has issued a fresh ultimatum to Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, demanding the commissioner's resignation by Saturday.
Dipke warned that the party will launch a nationwide agitation to "save democracy" from Mumbai on Gandhi Jayanti, October 2.
The planned protests will then expand to cities across India.
