If you thought Ranbir’s film career was the only thing that kept his calendar tight, think again. The star just inked a three‑year lease for his top‑floor Trump Towers pad in Pune, sliding it into the hands of Ruchi Goel for Rs 4.63 lakh a month.
The 6,094‑sq‑ft penthouse—complete with three covered car spaces—has a security deposit of Rs 27.78 lakh, equalling six months of rent. With a 5% annual bump, the monthly rate climbs to Rs 4.86 lakh in year two and Rs 5.11 lakh in year three.
That means a tidy Rs 1.75 crore over the three years, a figure that would make any real‑estate mogul smile. Ranbir first snapped up the unit in 2015 for a little over Rs 11 crore, so the rental deal is a smart side hustle.
It’s not his first stint as landlord, either. In September 2023 he let the same loft to Pune‑based auto‑parts firm Duroshox for Rs 4 lakh a month, with the same 5% escalation.
When he’s not juggling rental agreements, Ranbir’s slated to hit the big screen in ‘Ramayana’, a mythic drama starring Sai Pallavi, Yash and Sunny Deol, hitting theatres on November 5.
