Maria Menounos has put her Encino, Los Angeles estate on the market for $6.995 million, according to a March 1 list posted by Andrew Manning of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
The 1938‑built compound, originally a modest family home, was acquired by the couple in 2005 for $2.3 million, and over the next two decades the couple poured into the property an estimated $4 million in upgrades.
The 0.8‑acre plot hosts a six‑bedroom, 5.5‑bathroom main house, a detached guesthouse, a private theatre with 15 leather seats, a podcast studio, and a tennis court and pool, making it a self‑contained retreat.
Menounos, who rose to prominence as a network correspondent and talk‑show host, used the home as the backdrop for her television, radio and podcast work, creating a studio that she could call her own.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices says interested parties can schedule private viewings through April 15, with the property expected to attract buyers looking for a high‑end Los Angeles compound.
