The Houthis, who have seized large swathes of Yemen, claim their strikes target "sensitive sites" as retaliation for Saudi attacks on Yemen.
A spokesperson for Saudi Arabia warned that the kingdom would respond with counter‑measures, and the international community watches as tensions rise.
