The OEM franchise workshop saw high double‑digit gains driven by agriculture and commercial vehicle oil, while the B2B industrial, infrastructure and mining arms added new customers, bolstering volume.
Ravi Chawla, Managing Director and CEO, said, "Q2 was a testament to our agility amid a challenging environment. Our pricing interventions and sourcing helped us maintain a per‑litre margin band, supporting a 16% volume growth in lubricants." He added that the firm’s premium‑ization strategy is gaining traction.
Looking ahead, Gulf Oil plans to continue profitable expansion, with a focus on operational excellence and long‑term value creation. The company remains confident in sustaining its growth trajectory amid volatile input costs, with guidance pointing to steady revenue and profit growth in the next quarter.
