TMZ reports that the country singer filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo on May 18, 2024, and the decree was finalized in July. Weeks later, Jelly Roll transferred full ownership of the Franklin estate to his ex‑wife, a move that cleared the way for the $7 million listing.
The 10‑acre property, bought through a trust for $6.2 million in November 2023, boasts a 7,000‑square‑foot mansion with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a glass‑walled automotive showroom. Outside, a covered porch with an outdoor kitchen and a resort‑style pool overlook the Tennessee countryside.
In a recent gig in Saratoga Springs, Jelly Roll said, "Me and my wife are best friends; we will always be best friends," adding that nobody cheated. Bunnie Xo, on her Dumb Blonde podcast, called the split "unconventional" and joked that she would still be the only woman he’d ever love the same way. She also mentioned that the couple is still expecting a baby together.
The couple married in 2016 after meeting at the Las Vegas Country Saloon where Jelly Roll opened for the Moonshine Bandits. Since the divorce, Jelly Roll has reportedly purchased a 500‑acre farm in Burns, Tennessee for $4.5 million and added an 18.5‑acre parcel for $500,000, all through the same Franklin trust.
With the mansion up for sale and new farmland under his belt, fans can expect Jelly Roll to focus on both his next musical project and his budding life as a dad. Meanwhile, Bunnie Xo plans to let close friends move in and to care for the animals on the property.
